Ce projet de recherche s’inscrit dans la continuité du colloque sur les pays émergents et le droit international économique organisé à Dijon le 24 octobre 2019. L’objet du webinaire est de poursuivre les réflexions menées à propos de l’influence des pays émergents, en les ouvrant sur des perspectives pluridisciplinaires. Après avoir exploré le phénomène dans une vision d’ensemble, il s’agit maintenant d’examiner le cas particulier d’un pays emblématique d’un point de vue économique, politique et juridique. Trois cas d’actualités servent d’appui à la réflexion. Les recherches menées dans le cadre de ce webinaire seront approfondies lors d’un colloque à Bruxelles l’année prochaine.
This research builds on the colloquium on emerging countries and international economic law organised in Dijon on 24 October 2019. The purpose of the webinar is to continue to study the influence of emerging countries in a multidisciplinary perspective. After having explored the general features of this phenomenon, the aim is now to examine the case of a particular country from a political, economic and legal point of view. Three hot topics will be examined. The research undertaken in this webinar will be deepened in a colloquium to be held next year in Brussels.
Ce webinaire est organisé sous la direction de Henri Culot (Professeur à l’UCLouvain, Administrateur et Secrétaire général de l’A.I.D.E), Hélène Tourard (Maître de conférences en droit public à l’Université de Bourgogne Franche-Comté, CREDIMI, et Vice-Doyenne en charge de la pédagogie en licence droit) et de Philippe Vincent (Professeur à l’Université de Liège).
